Day 01:- Arrival in Bagdogra | Bagdogra to Phuentsholing

Day 02:- Phuentsholing - Thimphu
Breakfast in the Hotel. Drive to Kharbandi Gonpa. Proceed to Thimphu. Enroute drive through the picturesque towns of Gedu, Chukha, and Chuzom. Arrival in Thimphu. Visit Tashichho Dzong (seat of the government since 1952 and presently houses the throne room and offices of the king). Check into the hotel. Overnight stay will be at Thimphu.
Day 03:- Thimphu sightseeing
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing (Approx Time Frame: 9:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m) includes National Memorial Chorten, Buddha Point (Buddha Dordenma), visitors can get a good overview of the Thimphu valley from here; Chang Gangkha Monastery, the oldest temple in the valley; Takin Zoo, Preserve center of Takin - National Animal of Bhutan & Simply Bhutan - the Living Museum. Afternoon proceeding for sightseeing (Approx Time Frame: 2:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m) includes Changlimthang Stadium & Archery ground ; The Jungshi handmade paper factory ( Closed on Saturday, Sunday; Govt. Holiday), Institute for Zorig Chusum (Closed on Saturday, Sunday & Govt. Holiday). Overnight in Thimphu.
Day 04:- Thimphu to Punakha via Dochula Pass
Breakfast in the Hotel. Drive to Punakha. Stop at Dochula pass and visit Druk wangyel Lhakhang . Visit Punakha Dzong built at the confluence of the Po and Mo Chu Rivers in the 17th Century by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyel and served as the capital of Bhutan until 1955. (Note: The Punakha Dzong is closed in winter months when the monk's body is in Punakha). Also a short hike to Chhimi Lhakhang through paddy fields. Overnight in Punakha/Wangdue.
Day 05:- Punakha sightseeing - Drive to Paro
Breakfast in the hotel. Visit Lamperi Botanical Park , Walk on the longest suspension bridge. hen drive to Paro (Alt. 2200 m/7,300 ft ).. On the way to enjoy the view of Shaba River Point and Paro airport view . Lunch on the way. Visit Drukgyel Dzong , Tachog Monastery , Rinpun Dzong & Ta Dzong - if time permits. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay will be at Paro.
Day 06:- Hike to Tiger’s Nest
Today after a leisurely breakfast we will proceed for an excursion to the famous place called Taktsang Monastery (5hrs hike). Taktshang Monastery (Tiger Nest) is located at the top of about 800 meter cliff in Paro. It takes slightly more than an hour and a half to reach the monastery on foot from the nearest road point. Taktshang or the Tigers lair as the monastery is widely regarded as one of the most important in Bhutan. Its history is associated with the visit of Guru Padmasambhava, the Indian saint who came to Bhutan in the 8th century AD. The cave was named Taktshang after Guru Rinpoche flew into the cave from KurtoeSingyeDzong in eastern Bhutan riding on a tigress. Later in 1692 the fourth DrukDesi Tenzin Rabgye started to construct a monastery and finally completed after three years in 1694. “Trip to Bhutan is never complete without climbing to Taktshang”, says one tourist. Indeed it’s true as the journey there fills you with spiritual bliss.
Day 07:- Paro sightseeing - Drive to Phuentsholing
Breakfast in the hotel. Visit Kichu Temple. Drive to Phuentsholing. Lunch on the way. Arrive Phuntsholing. Evening at Leisure. Overnight stay will be in Phuntsholing.
Day 08:- Departure from Bagdogra
Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Bagdogra airport for departure. Our Representative bids you Farwell. Your tour to the land of happiness comes to an end here...
